Turkish Festival Terms & Conditions

Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions

By purchasing, accepting, or using a Programs & Activities ticket for Turkish Festival 2026, you agree to these Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply only to paid Programs & Activities tickets and do not apply to free Bazaar registration.

1. Organizer

The Event is organized by Ertugrul USA LLC ("Organizer").

2. Ticket License and Purchaser Eligibility

A ticket is a revocable license granting admission to the designated paid Programs & Activities and is subject to ticket verification, venue capacity, security screening, venue rules, these Terms, and applicable law. The person completing a ticket purchase must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or otherwise have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. A person under eighteen (18) may attend only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and any ticket purchased for a minor must be purchased and accepted by the minor's parent, legal guardian, or other legally authorized adult. By purchasing a ticket for a minor, the purchaser represents that they have authority to do so and to accept these Terms on the minor's behalf to the extent permitted by law.

3. Admission, Capacity and Seating

Unless otherwise stated, all tickets are general admission. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed. Admission to individual rooms, performances, workshops, programs, attractions, or activities may be limited by seating, capacity, safety, age, operational, or other requirements. A ticket provides admission to the Event generally and does not guarantee access to any specific speaker, performer, activity, attraction, vendor, seating location, or amenity. The inability to obtain seating or admission to a particular activity due to capacity or operational limitations does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

4. Event Changes and Refund Policy

Programs, schedules, speakers, performers, vendors, activities, attractions, and venue arrangements may be added, changed, delayed, relocated, substituted, or canceled without prior notice. Refund requests must be received by the Organizer no later than seven (7) calendar days before the first scheduled day of the Event. No refunds will be issued after that deadline, including for tickets purchased on or after the refund deadline or on the day of the Event. Except as required by applicable law, all sales after the refund deadline are final. No refund or credit will be issued due to a ticket holder's inability or decision not to attend, late arrival, failure to use all or any portion of a ticket, dissatisfaction with the Event or any program, speaker, performer, vendor, attraction, activity, children's activity, or amenity, schedule changes, the unavailability of seating, or the inability to attend a particular room, workshop, performance, or activity because of capacity, safety, operational, or eligibility limitations. If the Organizer cancels the entire paid Event and does not reschedule it or provide a substantially equivalent replacement, refunds, if any, will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Optional Purchase Protection offered during checkout is provided solely by its third-party provider and is governed by that provider's terms.

5. Ticket Validity

Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold, auctioned, or distributed without the Organizer's written consent. Lost, stolen, altered, duplicated, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorized tickets may be canceled or refused. The Organizer is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized sellers.

6. Conduct

Attendees must comply with Event rules and all lawful instructions of Event staff, venue personnel, activity operators, and security. The Organizer may deny admission to or remove any person whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or interferes with the Event. Removal or denied admission does not entitle the attendee to a refund.

7. Security

Entry may require security screening, including bag inspections. Weapons, illegal drugs, fireworks, explosives, and other prohibited or dangerous items are not permitted. Refusal to comply with security procedures may result in denied admission or removal without refund.

8. Children and Youth Activities

Parents and legal guardians are solely responsible for the supervision, conduct, and safety of minors attending the Event. Children participating in inflatables, bounce houses, games, sports, workshops, playgrounds, or other youth activities do so voluntarily and subject to all posted rules, eligibility requirements, and staff instructions.

By permitting a minor to participate, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges the inherent risks of such activities, represents that participation is appropriate for the minor, and assumes responsibility for the minor's participation and safety. The Organizer may deny or discontinue participation if safety requirements, eligibility requirements, or staff instructions are not followed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the parent or legal guardian releases the Organizer, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, vendors, and venue partners from the parent's or legal guardian's own claims arising from the inherent risks of the minor's participation, except to the extent caused by the Organizer's gross negligence or willful misconduct, and agrees to defend and indemnify the Organizer against claims brought by or on behalf of the minor to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms waives any rights that cannot legally be waived.

In the event of a medical emergency, the parent or legal guardian authorizes the Organizer to obtain emergency medical assistance if they cannot be reached immediately and remains responsible for all medical decisions and related costs.

9. Independent Vendors

Food, beverages, merchandise, attractions, and other goods or services may be provided by independent vendors. Such vendors are independent contractors and not agents, partners, or joint venturers of the Organizer. The Organizer does not guarantee their availability, quality, pricing, or suitability and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, products, or services except as required by law.

10. Photography

The Event may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded. By attending, you consent to the Organizer's use of your image, likeness, and voice for promotional, archival, editorial, and Event-related purposes without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

Attendance at a public event involves inherent risks. By attending, each adult attendee knowingly and voluntarily assumes those risks and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, releases and holds harmless the Organizer and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, vendors, and venue partners from claims arising from such inherent risks, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. The Organizer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and its aggregate liability shall not exceed the face value of the ticket, except where prohibited by law.

12. Personal Property

Attendees are responsible for their own personal property. The Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property except as required by law.

13. Force Majeure

The Organizer may delay, modify, postpone, relocate, suspend, or cancel all or part of the Event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, governmental actions, labor disruptions, utility failures, security concerns, or other emergencies. Such changes do not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund except as provided in Section 4 or required by law.

14. Privacy and Communications

Personal information collected in connection with ticket purchases and Event registration will be handled in accordance with the Organizer's Privacy Policy available at https://ertugrulusallc.ticketspice.com/policy. The Organizer may send ticket confirmations, operational notices, and Event updates using the contact information provided during purchase.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any policies expressly incorporated by reference and the information displayed during checkout, constitute the entire agreement governing the purchase and use of Event tickets. The version accepted at the time of purchase governs that transaction.

Acceptance

By purchasing, accepting, or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If purchasing a ticket for a minor, you further confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on the minor's behalf to the extent permitted by law.
