Bilgin Erdoğan

Bilgin Erdoğan was born in 1972 in Türkiye, where he completed his early education before earning both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Political Science from Eastern Mediterranean University.

From 1998 to 2002, he contributed to Yeni Türkiye magazine, writing extensively on the intersection of politics and religion. He is the author of nine Turkish-language books focusing on religious and social issues.

Since 2002, Erdoğan has been based in the United States, where he pursued training in spiritual counseling and currently serves as a chaplain in state prisons. He regularly conducts seminars on Islamic teachings and social topics through various community organizations.

He is a founding member of several faith-based initiatives, including Wisdom Net and Uphill Foundation, which focus on spiritual and religious service within the American Muslim community.
