Aleyna Nur Sarap

is a licensed psychotherapist currently practicing in both inpatient and outpatient settings in upstate New York. She serves as the Director of the Women’s Department and as a psychoeducator at the Guided Hearts Institute. Fluent in both English and Turkish, she provides therapy in either language according to the needs of her patients. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, with minors in Journalism, Mathematics, and Psychology. She earned her Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling Psychology and completed a postgraduate diploma in Islamic Psychology at Cambridge Muslim College. In addition, she received an ijaza in Islamic Studies through the Al-Hidaya Center Adult Seminary Program. She continues to pursue further studies in Islamic education across various platforms while also teaching a youth group in her local community.
