1. Eligibility & Social Account Verification Constraints

The Turkish Festival 2026 World Cup Match Ticket Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Ertugrul USA LLC (the "Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any immediate family members or household members of such individuals are not eligible to participate. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if it is not capable of being conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failures, cancellation, rescheduling, or relocation of the World Cup match, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Giveaway. In the event the match is cancelled, rescheduled, or relocated, Sponsor shall have no obligation to provide alternative prizes or compensation.

To ensure compliance with the mandatory winner activation requirements, entrants' social media accounts must be public and active. Eligible accounts must have been created prior to June 1, 2026, and contain at least one (1) public post published prior to the launch of this campaign. "Contest-only," automated, private, duplicate, or burner accounts are strictly ineligible and will be disqualified automatically at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

2. Timing and Campaign Period

The Giveaway campaign begins on June 15, 2026, at 12:01 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT) and ends on June 20, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT) (the "Campaign Period"). Sponsor’s computer server is the official time-keeping device for this Giveaway.

3. Mandatory Qualification & Methods of Entry

To successfully qualify for the random promotional drawing, an entrant must fully execute the following structural criteria during the Campaign Period:

Step 1 (Account Follow): The entrant must actively follow the official @turkfest1 account on Instagram or TikTok (dependent on the platform utilized for entry).

Step 2 (Social Engagement & Peer Tagging): The entrant must locate the official World Cup Giveaway promotional post, leave a public comment, and explicitly tag the specific friend they intend to accompany them to the World Cup match and to the Turkish Festival.

Step 3 (Entry Tracks): The entrant must complete one (1) of the two (2) legally recognized entry tracks below:

Track A (Festival Ticket Purchase Entry): Purchase a general admission ticket to the Cultural Heritage Convention / Turkish Festival 2026 online via the official festival ticketing platform during the Campaign Period. Confirmed ticket transactions will automatically log one (1) verified drawing entry mapped to the purchaser's legal identity.

Track B (Alternative Free Online Entry Form): To enter and qualify without making a ticket purchase, navigate to the official designated Alternative Method of Entry online form hosted at https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/TbG84s9ymv complete all required registration fields, including your full legal name, valid email address, phone number, state of residence, and your active social media handle. Free entries must be fully submitted via the online form by June 20, 2026, at 11:59 PM CDT to achieve drawing eligibility. All personal information collected through either entry track will be used for the purposes of administering this Giveaway. By submitting an entry, entrants consent to receive future communications regarding the Sponsor's events and promotions; entrants may opt out of such communications at any time. All personal information will be handled in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy.

Limit: Regardless of the track utilized, there is a strict limit of one (1) entry per unique individual email address, social media account, and natural person. An individual who enters via Track A may not also submit an entry via Track B; only the first valid entry received will count. Multiple entries, duplicate form submissions, or automated script entries from the same individual will result in immediate, comprehensive disqualification.

4. Prize Breakdown, Valuation, & Travel Liability Exclusion

A total of one (1) prize bundle will be awarded, consisting exclusively of: Two (2) general admission tickets to the Türkiye vs. USA World Cup match scheduled for June 25, 2026, in Los Angeles, California. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, not available for resale, and may not be redeemed for cash. Any attempt by the winner to sell, auction, or transfer the tickets shall result in immediate forfeiture and invalidation of the tickets. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, who may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 prior to prize delivery.

The prize consists solely of the match entry tickets. Ground transportation, flights, hotel accommodations, meals, incidentals, and all other travel-related expenses are the sole financial responsibility of the winner. Failure or inability to secure immediate travel to Los Angeles does not entitle the winner to cash conversion, prize substitution, or financial indemnification.

5. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible, qualified entries received across both entry tracks during the Campaign Period.

6. Random Drawing & Notification Protocol

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on Sunday, June 21, 2026, from among all eligible entries successfully recorded. The Sponsor will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify the potential winner via the email address provided or via social media Direct Message within a reasonable time following the drawing execution, but any delay in notification shall not affect the validity of the drawing or give rise to any claim against the Sponsor. The Sponsor shall not be responsible for any failure of the potential winner to receive or timely review any notification, and the verification period shall commence upon the Sponsor's sending of such notification regardless of when or whether it is received.

7. Strict 24-Hour Winner Verification & Forfeiture Deadlines

The potential winner must respond and claim the prize within exactly twenty-four (24) hours of the Sponsor's sending of the initial notification (as described in Section 6 above). As an absolute condition of verification, the potential winner must provide written proof of travel readiness (e.g., confirmed flight itinerary, hotel reservation, or proof of California residence matching their legal name) within this 24-hour window to demonstrate capability to attend the match in Los Angeles on June 25. Failure to respond or provide the requested travel verification within 24 hours results in immediate, irreversible forfeiture, and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible pool. The Sponsor may select up to three (3) alternate winners under this process; if no alternate winner satisfies the verification requirements within the applicable timeframe, the prize will remain unawarded and the Sponsor shall have no further obligation with respect thereto.

8. Mandatory Winner Promotion Activation

As a condition of retaining and accepting the prize, the selected winner must fulfill the following promotional obligations:

The winner is requested to attend the Cultural Heritage Convention / Turkish Festival 2026 held on August 1–2, 2026, at the Tinley Park Convention Center, and Sponsor will provide the winner with a complimentary festival pass for this purpose.

While at the festival, the winner is encouraged to record and post a short video clip on Instagram or TikTok showcasing their experience, published as an official video collaboration co-authored directly with and tagging @turkfest1. Any such post must comply with applicable FTC disclosure requirements. By posting any content tagging @turkfest1 in connection with this Giveaway, the winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for promotional purposes.

9. Influencer & Paid Collaboration Disclosures

In compliance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, any digital influencer, content creator, or brand ambassador running a paid partnership, gifted arrangement, or collaborative promotional campaign on behalf of the Sponsor to push this Giveaway must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material connection. * Disclosures must be placed at the beginning of post captions or explicitly stated/overlayed within the first three (3) seconds of video assets.

Creators must utilize platform-approved commercial disclosure tools (e.g., Instagram/TikTok "Paid Partnership" labels) and visibly include prominent tags such as #Ad or #Sponsored above the fold. Hidden, ambiguous, or buried disclosures will result in immediate post-removal and campaign disqualification. Non-compliant creators shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor from and against any and all fines, penalties, claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from their failure to comply with applicable disclosure requirements.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Ertugrul USA LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and social media platforms (including Instagram and TikTok) from any and all liability, losses, claims, demands, actions, or damages (including without limitation personal injury, death, property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Giveaway, any travel related thereto, or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the awarded tickets. Except where prohibited by law, the winner's acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal court located in Cook County, Illinois. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois. In no event shall any entrant be entitled to recover damages in excess of the Estimated Retail Value of the prize, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages.
